Digital Art Work: Please note that we are not able to offer full refunds for any personalised products that have been started. Our designers spend hours on each piece of art and as a result the designers time must be included in any refunds that are eligible. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your artwork, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus a £12.50 fee per subject.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
